WORKSHOP & WEBINAR CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not issue refunds on workshop or webinar registrations.
If you register for a workshop or webinar and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit to use toward any future event if you notify us at least 72 hours before the workshop or webinar. To cancel and request a credit, you must email us at email@example.com. Workshop credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to merchandise purchases.
We are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 72 hours advance notice. In the event a workshop or webinar is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances by FitsMe Health™ Inc, you will receive a full refund.
About Our Policy
Our workshops require a great deal of pre-planning, booking staff, and making commitments to pay our presenters. Most workshops and webinars are limited seating, in fairness to all of our clients we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness, travel, or work hours. If you are unable to attend a workshop or webinar at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend!
